At Vitta Gold Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure your products are unopened, unused, and in their original professional packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items using the original shipping materials and include your RMA number inside the box before mailing it to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned cosmetics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
